Every Audio S system is individually manufactured from impressions of your ears to create a truly bespoke fit. Unlike universal communication earpieces, the custom-moulded design provides excellent noise isolation, improved stability and exceptional comfort, making it suitable for prolonged daily use.

Our unique dual-silicone construction has been developed to maximise both durability and comfort. The main body of each earpiece is manufactured from robust 40 Shore medical-grade silicone to securely house the internal audio components and cabling, while the ear canal section uses ultra-soft 25 Shore medical-grade silicone that flexes naturally with the ear, providing a comfortable acoustic seal throughout extended wear.

Inside each earpiece is a precision balanced armature speaker, selected for its ability to reproduce detailed, crystal-clear audio even in extremely noisy working environments. Combined with the custom acoustic seal, this enables users to hear critical radio communications more clearly while significantly reducing surrounding noise levels.

The Audio S is compatible with a wide range of industry-standard two-way radios, including dozens of models from Motorola, Hytera, Kenwood, ICOM, Entel and Sepura. Its innovative two-part cable system further enhances flexibility by separating the audio cable from the push-to-talk (PTT) microphone assembly. The earpieces connect via a 3.5mm jack, allowing the PTT section to be replaced independently if it becomes damaged or if you change to a different radio system requiring an alternative connector. This reduces replacement costs and extends the working life of the system.

Compared with traditional over-ear communication headsets, the Audio S offers a lighter, lower-profile solution that's more comfortable during long shifts. It's compatible with helmets, hard hats, safety eyewear and other PPE, reduces heat build-up around the ears, improves freedom of movement and provides superior noise isolation through its custom-moulded fit.
