Aviation Earplugs

As a Airline pilot, I am using these underneath the noise cancelling headsets that the company provide. Literally removing all unwanted sounds and prove impressive on the walk arounds too!! Ear mouldings fit well and very impressed with the kit!

I recently purchased custom earpiece gloves for my Bose ProFlight 2 aviation headset, along with a pair of side sleeper plugs from UltimateEar.com — and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the start, the customer service was outstanding. The team promptly assisted me in finding a local clinic for my ear impressions, which made the process seamless and hassle-free. Once my products arrived, I was really impressed with the presentation: everything was well-packaged and included thoughtful extras such as ear comfort gel, cleansing wipes, and clear instructions....I’m genuinely very pleased with both the products and the attentive, efficient service I received. A top-quality experience from start to finish — I’d 100% recommend UltimateEar to anyone in aviation or looking for custom ear protection.

Everything worked exactly as I was informed and staff were very polite and helpful. I completed the ear sizing mid December and they have arrived in Spain almost exactly a month later. They have attached to my pro flight headset perfectly and they are a comfortable fit in my ears...
