Established in 2001.
Ultimate Ear Protection was established in 2001 by Dave Marshall after a personal desire for high-quality hearing protection for motorcycling. Since our inception we have grown to become one of the leading manufacturers of custom made hearing protection in the UK, with a specific focus on Motorcycling and Industry.
All of our products are manufactured in our laboratory in Kent in the UK, where our skilled technicians apply the highest level of attention to detail at every stage. We use digital manufacturing to ensure an accurate and consistent fit is achieved across our entire product range.
Our products continue to be trusted by a wide range of leading individuals and organisations across many sectors. With a combined 50 years of experience and a highly innovative design team, Ultimate leads the way in the development of custom earplugs and in-ear communication products.

Our hearing protection products are independently tested to meet the current British standard for in-ear hearing protection (BS EN 352-2:2020) and are CE marked.
All our products are manufactured from our unique soft medical-grade silicone, ensuring our products are safe and comfortable to wear for long periods. Our moulded earplugs have a typical lifespan of 5 years, at which point the human ear may have grown and changed shape, potentially affecting the fit and attenuation of the earplugs.
Our highly skilled workforce is experienced and dedicated to designing and producing products that meet our clients' specific requirements. We supply products for a range of applications including but not limited to Motorcycling, Motorsport, Industry and Music. We also have extensive experience as an ODM and OEM partner to organisations.

We are extremely proud of our highly experienced in-house team of audiologists and impression-taking technicians, as well as our external partner audiologists, all of whom work in accordance with the British Society of Audiology guidelines for Otoscopy and Impression Taking.
