Audio S

Our Audio S is our advanced custom moulded communication and hearing protection system, specifically developed for the use of 2-way radios in noisy industrial environments where hearing protection and clear audio communication are equally essential.

Each set is individually manufactured from impressions of the end user’s ears, creating a fully bespoke fit. This custom design delivers exceptional comfort and a reliable acoustic seal for prolonged daily use. Unlike universal-fit communication earpieces, our custom moulded design offers exceptional attenuation and comfort, improving overall wearer compliance.

The Audio S is manufactured using our unique dual-silicone construction. The main body of the earpiece is produced from a durable 40-shore medical-grade silicone designed to securely house the audio components and cabling, whilst the ear canal section utilises our ultra-soft 25-shore medical grade silicone for maximum comfort and flexibility during extended wear.

Inside both earplugs is a single balanced armature speaker selected to provide detailed, crystal-clear sound reproduction even within challenging industrial environments. The combination of custom hearing protection and high-quality integrated audio allows users to maintain communication clarity whilst significantly reducing harmful background noise exposure.

The system is compatible with a wide range of industry-standard two-way radios, including leading brands such as:

The Audio S also benefits from a 2-part cable design for added flexibility and longevity. The first part is supplied with a 3.5mm jack (which can also be used with certain communication headsets) which then connects into the PTT microphone section, which is fully detachable. This means if this section breaks, or if you change your radio model (and a different connector is required), all we have to do is supply a new PTT section.
