Our DetectEar product range are our custom made earplugs designed specifically for the food and beverage sector.

This product range is manufactured from our 25-shore medical grade silicone in a food-safe blue colour. It is also supplied with a metal detectable system (inside the earplug) and a fixed detectable lanyard as standard, making the entire product detectable.

The DetectEar product range is available with varying SNR values - 30dB (non-filtered), 29dB and 23dB (both filtered), tailored to your noise levels.

The DetectEar is our range of custom moulded hearing protection developed specifically for the food and beverage industry.

The DetectEar range is bespoke to each user, providing a precise fit for exceptional comfort and reliable hearing protection throughout the working day. The DetectEar range is manufactured from our unique ultra-soft 25-shore medical grade silicone in a highly visible food-safe blue colour, making the product suitable for food and beverage sites. This product is a fully detectable system, with a detectable component integrated directly inside each earplug and a fixed detectable lanyard connecting the two earplugs.

Our DetectEar is available in varying levels of attenuation to suit your workplace noise levels and to avoid overprotection. Our filtered (23SNR and 29SNR) moulded earplugs are designed to reduce harmful noise without completely isolating the wearer from their surroundings, allowing important speech, warning signals, alarms, and workplace communication to remain more audible and natural. Our non-filtered option (30SNR) is more designed to provide maximum protection for extremely noisy environments, but wearers will still be able to hear essential alarms.
