Know someone who rides, plays in a band, sleeps next to a snorer or loves a swim? An Ultimate Ear e-gift card lets them choose custom-moulded earplugs made to fit their ears.
We’ve been making earplugs at our Kent workshop since 2001. The gift card covers the whole range: motorcycling, music, sleeping, swimming, shooting and more. Once they’ve picked their product, they’ll need ear impressions taken. We can help arrange these with one of our UK audiology partners, who charge their own fee for the appointment. Then we make a pair that fits their ears only.
The gift card arrives by email straight away. It’s ideal for birthdays, Christmas or a last-minute present.
Please note: the gift card covers Ultimate Ear products only. Ear impression appointments with a third-party audiologist are paid separately.

Delivery & Lead Time
Our standard lead time is approximately 3 weeks from receipt of your ear impressions, but this can be up to 4 weeks during very busy periods.
We also offer a 4 working day express turnaround for an additional £50, if you need your order urgently. This is 4 working days from receipt of your ear impressions to despatch of your order.
We use a next day tracked Royal Mail service for all U.K orders except for some accessories which are sent using Royal Mail 48.
International orders are posted via courier. If you have any specific requests regarding the courier company you’d like us to use, please contact us.

Adjustments & Returns
If you receive your earplugs and are unhappy with the fit or comfort, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we can make the necessary adjustments free of charge.
If we are unable to rectify the issue after 2 adjustments, we can manufacture a new set of earplugs free of charge, if you supply a new set of ear impressions.
We unfortunately do not offer refunds as all our products are completely bespoke.
