Choose an Ultimate product from our range and place an order online or by calling us.
After making a purchase we will contact you to organise an appointment for your ear impressions to be taken with one of our audiologist partners across the UK or at our headquarters in Kent.
You will then need to post your impressions to our manufacturing headquarters in Sidcup, Kent. Please include your contact details/ order number so we can match the impressions to your order.
We will manufacture your bespoke earplugs or earphones and deliver them to you in 3-4 weeks. We will keep a digital copy of your ear impressions on file for any future orders or replacement sets.
