Choose an Ultimate product from our range and place an order online or by calling us on 01689 876885.

If you need ear impressions, please select ‘arrange an appointment for me’ when placing an order. If you are an existing customer (with impressions less than 5 years old) or you have/will organise your own ear impressions, please select ‘I have ear impressions’. 

Ear Impressions

After making a purchase our team will contact you to organise an appointment for your ear impressions (if required) to be taken with one of our  audiologist partners across the UK or at our headquarters in Kent.

Back to Base

You will then need to post your impressions to our manufacturing headquarters in Sidcup, Kent. Please include your contact details and order number in with the parcel so we can match the impressions to your order.

If you have ordered with us since the start of 2022 we will have a digital copy of your ear impressions on file and there is no need to post your physical ear impressions into us. If you ordered before this, we will need you to post your physical ear impressions into us here,  including all your contact details in with the parcel.

Manufacturing

We will manufacture and despatch your order in under 4 weeks. Our average lead time is around 2 to 3 weeks, and we do also offer an express 4-day turnaround for an additional £50.

  We will keep a digital copy of your ear impressions on file for any future orders or replacement individual earplugs or pairs.
