Repairs, Returns & Adjustments 

In Warranty Repairs

Ultimate guarantees all custom products against defective manufacture, component failure and/or materials for one year from the date of purchase. When returning your earplugs please supply the original order number/receipt along with your earplugs and impressions for a warranty claim.

Things not covered under warranty are as follows:

  • Misuse or accidental damage
  • Blockage due to wax or debris in earpiece
  • Attempts to rectify by unauthorised persons
  • Fee to impression taker
  • Postage & packaging

We will return all warranty repairs and adjustments free of charge within the UK Mainland, elsewhere will be chargeable.

Please be aware that repairs under warranty do not extend your existing warranty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Out of Warranty Repairs 

Ultimate Ear offer a repair service for your existing products. All of our products are fully serviceable and repairable by our specialist technicians. 

If you are having any issues with your products simply post them into us at our HQ attaching a covering letter with your details and an explanation of the problem you are having. 

Once we have received your product we will contact you to take a £35 assessment fee, this assessment fee cost will come off any future repair price. After they have been assessed we will let you know the associated cost of the required repair. If it is uneconomical to repair the product we offer a 15% discount off of a new replacement set. 

Adjustments & Returns Policy 

If you receive your earplugs and are unhappy with the fit or comfort of them, we offer an adjustment service. Simply let us know within 28 days of receipt and we will make adjustments as necessary free of charge. 

If after 2 adjustments we are still unable to rectify the issue we can manufacture a new set of earplugs free of charge if you supply a new set of ear impressions. 

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds as these are all custom-made products.
