Description
Bespoke ear defenders designed specifically for skydiving. These earplugs are made from our soft ‘squidgy’ material, a medical grade silicone. These plugs are extremely comfortable to wear and flexible in the ear.
These earplugs come with a choice of 2 interchangeable filters (1 pair of filters are provided with the earplugs – spares/different filters can be purchased through our accessories page).
The 15dB filter is recommended for use when Skydiving. This filter will protect your hearing from harmful noise whilst still allowing you to hear your audible, which is a higher frequency noise. The filter will also allow you to equalise on the way up and down and to maintain awareness when under canopy.
When operating in a wind tunnel where the noise levels are higher and your exposure time is longer, swap the 15dB filters out for the higher protecting 25dB filters which can be purchased separately here – https://ultimateear.com/product/musicians-filters/.
