Gift Voucher

Treat your friend or family member to a gift voucher which can be redeemed on any of our products.

£50, 100 and £150 gift vouchers available.

Please place an order and then our team will email you an e-voucher within 1-2 working days.

Please note, all of our products are bespoke to each individual and will require an ear impression to be taken. This is an additional £30 – £40 (if you do not have ear impressions already) to the prices on our website and will be payable to the audiologist on the day of the appointment. Our team will be in touch with you when you order a gift voucher in order to organise your impression appointment on your behalf.

E-vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and no change or refunds will be given for any unused balance. If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the e-voucher and can be used towards future purchases, provided the e-voucher has not expired. Lost or deleted e-vouchers cannot be replaced.
