Please note, this is a custom product and ear impressions are required. The ear impressions (if you do not have them already) are an additional £30-40 payable directly to the audiologist on the day of the appointment.

When you place an order for a gift voucher, our team will be in touch right away to organise this appointment on your behalf. We have over 300 locations across the U.K for the ear impressions.

E-vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and no change or refunds will be given for any unused balance. If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the e-voucher and can be used towards future purchases, provided the e-voucher has not expired. Lost or deleted e-vouchers cannot be replaced.
