If you are unhappy with your choice of filter, we offer a free exchange service. Simply return the filters to us within 28 days of receiving your order and we can swap them out for different filters. Contact us for more information on this.

This product is available with 3 different levels of acoustic filters:
– 9dB: For light acoustic, string or vocal performances or for noisy restaurants or offices. This product would also be suitable for those with a lower exposure time in noisier environments.
– 15dB: For medium exposure levels, such as gigs and concerts. This is what we would recommend for most DJ’s, vocalists and sound engineers as well as those attending nightclubs or concerts.
– 25dB: For high noise exposure, such as very loud amplified sound or industrial environments. We would also recommend this option for venue staff with longer exposure times.
