The AttenuatEar range are our most popular custom made hearing protectors for industrial environments. They are manufactured from our unique medical grade silicone, the softest on the market.

This product range is available in three varying levels of attenuation (23, 29 & 30 SNR), tailored to the noise levels in your working environment. 

Our AttenuatEar product is available in a wide range of colours and is supplied with a detachable lanyard as standard,(for safety reasons) but it can also be supplied with a detachable or fixed cord. 

This product has a lifespan of 5 years, making it a very cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to disposable hearing protection.

DetectEar

Our DetectEar are our bespoke moulded earplugs designed specifically for the food and beverage industry.

These earplugs are available in three levels of attenuation (23, 29 & 30 SNR) and contain a metal detectable system. 

The DetectEar range is supplied with a fully metal detectable fixed lanyard as standard, but there is also the option of a detachable nylon cord or a loose set of detectable earplugs.

The AttenuatEar Audio range by Ultimate combines crystal clear sound with 31dB of hearing protection. This range is the ideal solution for use in noisy working environments where communication is crucial. You do not need to compromise between compliance and communication anymore.

Our Audio S product is supplied with a PTT microphone and is compatible with almost every 2-way radio on the market.

Did you know?

In adherence to the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005, UK employers must provide hearing protection to workers who have a daily or weekly personal noise exposure of 85 dB. Those with an average exposure level of between 80 dB (lower action level) and 85 dB (upper action level) must be provided with suitable hearing protection on request. The exposure limit is 87 dB; which means workers must not be exposed to noise levels in excess of 87dB, which also takes into consideration any reduction in exposure from hearing protection.

Furthermore, the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulation (EU) 2016/425 has now replaced the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Directive adopted by the European Council in 1989. Under this new regulation, hearing protection was upgraded from Category II PPE to Category III PPE. This means hearing protection devices are classed as complex PPE, because the equipment needs to protect the user from irreversible harm. 

To be compliant with the PPE Regulation 2016, all manufacturers of PPE were required to carry out additional testing of their products to ensure they were compliant. All our industrial custom earplugs are fully compliant with the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
